Remove blue text "Sensor is getting the first readings..." for v2 transmitters

As it would be easier to implement and time before showing the first reading isn't so long (no longer than 5 min)

In real life, it looks not clear what happens after entering the first Initial calibration.

Also, now the text "Please enter additional calibration" is displayed after entering the second Initial calibration.

So we need to:

• Return back the text "Sensor is getting the first readings..."
• Start to show it only after the first Initial calibration was entered
• Do not show "Sensor is getting the first readings..." text when the second Initial calibration is needed
• After the second Initial calibration was entered show the blue text "Sensor is getting the first readings..." again
• Do not show the blue text anymore after the first real reading was received
