Rework home screen #357

  1. All three charts should be connected (means scrolling one of them should affect others)
  2. Show values for selected time for carbs and insulin charts as on the glucose
  3. Add vertical line for scrolling (to locate your current time position)
  4. Save last selected time frame for the user
  5. Remove glucose hint
  6. Center values on glucose data table
