Split project into multiple packages #12

This splits the project into 3 parts:

core library
server
client

It remains one repository and one stack project but has 3 separate package.yaml files and therefore different dependency lists.

Approved, this enables us to simply deploy the water-wars-server application on server that do not have dependencies installed such as OpenGL and ProteaAudio
