Chat type box movement (low priority) #117

When typing i chat, the chat box can lower itself behind the typing box hiding text. At rest (prechat) Stage1 Typing (raises chat window to allow space for text box) Stage2 Chat sliding behind text box (this tooka while to trigger. think it triggers on zone change?) Stage3

I'm not 100% sure why this happens yet. I will look into this once the major bugs are fixed.
