Error message when phasing into new area/dungeon/raid #229

I get the following error when I phase into new areas \svui_skins\components\blizzard\encounterjournal.lua:214: attempt to index global'EncounterJournalNavBarOverlay (a nil value)

Tested with the current branch from https://github.com/amm4108/supervillain-ui and cannot reproduce.
