Incorrect mounts chosen when swimming #10

If character is swimming, flying mounts should never be chosen since they
cannot be cast while swimming/underwater.

Priority for mounts:
1. Sea Turtle - Mount tooltip: http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=64731
2. Epic ground mounts
3. Normal ground mounts

Now selects land mounts when swimming instead of flying mounts.  Addon still 
doesn't
recognize swimming mounts.  Also can't TEST swimming mounts, so mea culpa.

Verify this bug still exists in version 0009 on curse.com.
