310% speed mounts are not recognized

In 3.2.2, 310% speed mounts' tooltips (in theory) were updated to say
"exceptionally fast mount" instead of "very fast mount."  280% still uses
"very fast."

Looks like they didn't actually adjust the tooltips like they said they would.  
We'll
have to store a list of mounts that are 310% or require the user to remove all 
flying
mounts from the preference except their 310% mounts.

I've verified that the Violet Proto-Drake is a 310% mount and that it is still 
listed
as "very fast" in my companion list tooltip.
