Zone detection optimization #3

Each time a mount is called, every zone for both Outlands and Northrend is
processed.  While minute, it is a delay.

A logical option is to build a lookup table, possibly once every session
instead of in a saved variable.

FlyableArea is now deprecated.  The Flyable function is now being used.  It 
takes
advantage of Blizzard's macro function [flyable].  I still have to adjust for
Northrend, Wintergrasp, Dalaran, Underbelly, and Krasus' Landing.
