Mounts not updated when new mount skill learned #8

This is bad if the player has a variable speed mount and the new skill
would update its speed to something faster.  We need to tie the skill learn
to a listener, check to see which skill updated, then fire off UpdateMounts
if it's the riding skill.

Issue closed. Speed is irrelevant now.
