Do Not Use Last Mount option fails after learning a new mount #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have Do Not Use Last Mount option selected.
2. Learn a new mount
3. Mount up several times in a row until you notice that it selects the
same mount twice in a row.  (Also seems to not use at least one mount after
learning.)

I'm guessing that somewhere an index or table isn't getting updated after
learning the mount.
