tmp764D.tmpis : the folders already exist but when I delete it, wii u usb helper recreates it for me

Next time, ask on the discord server and you will almost certainly be immediately helped. Don't use USB helper to download or interact with cemu, just download it separately and use USB helper only to download and unpack the titles
