Error while trying to retrieve the title keys #27

Hello, I don't understand why I get this error. Just today I used it to download a game (BOTW) and now I'm playing normal, I closed the app and continued playing. Now that it occurred to me to download another game, I tried to enter and I get that error...

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the desktop shortcut didn't work.

I used geek uninstaller to clean it completely and installed it in a folder that I exclude from antivirus and Windows Defender, it works fine for me again.
