[Ready for Merge] Fallen Dark Mode #12

Basically just a different dark mode flavor, Truly dark.

Well noticed a few things.

1.) Theme switching is buggy. If you load into default theme and then switch themes to a different one It conks out the screenshot below is after switching from fallen to light (It does this on any theme switch):

2.) The File a bug option sends you to this repo to create an issue. Since this repo is a fork you cannot create an issue on it. I would recommend detaching this repo from upstream.

I've included this warning when changing themes. The structure of blue.css was different from the others so I didn't exactly know the correct way to implement ZEC's fix, I added how I think it should be implemented but left it commented out - someone with more knowledge can check it and uncomment if it is correct.
