Chain-spec

Total balance of 5 Billion FS. The Fs token will be used for everything, no distinction for voting and buying assets yet

[x] Add Faucet key
[x] Keys Team
[x] Add Team to council
[x] Give council members 1% of circulating balance
[ ] Treasury allocation 10% (500m)
[x] Appoint Sudo key
[x] Appoint Servicers also team members

runtime

[x] Increase voting from 3 Mins to 12 hours
- [x] For council and and investors-vote.
[x] Allow Runtime upgrades ( council motions are blocked) -- Systemcalls filtered

Front-end

[ ] Finish front-end tasks
[ ] create app.fair-squares.nl/io
[ ] Create front-end faucet or integrate in front-end

Other

[ ] Event Notifier when new roles are created, assets onboarded, awaiting approvals etc.
