[Codemeta] 3 fields required by OSSR are missing #482

Result of eossr-codemeta-validator:

There are 3 errors:.

'softwareVersion not provided in the codemeta schema but is required' 'maintainer not provided in the codemeta schema but is required' 'readme not provided in the codemeta schema but is required'

Dennis and I are in tight contact regarding the version field. This one is not as simple as it seems. I even had a discussion on the last OSSR monthly meeting with some … interesting … results.
