We want to migrate these files to TS, but some will be removed as they are not going to be supported by the main package

Add-query-params can be removed
Fix-conditional-comment can be removed
- Make a note to figure out how to put this in properly before compiler to HTML
Get-text-align can be removed (handling removed to TS)
To-mobile-font-size can be removed
Use-https can be removed
