Update Tests to Typescript and Jest

Addresses https://github.com/Faire/mjml-react/issues/39.

• migrate test files to typescript, fix type errors
  • delete "should render html attributes with custom selector" test as it uses unsupported MJML components
• stop using Chai, use Jest for assertions
