Need to do:

Talk with Game Management and the Coach to determine what data to collect
Create an android app (Compatible with version 5.1 and up)
Use Firebase to store the data and have Firebase functions to manage the data
Make the app be able to work offline for competition

To discuss:

Use of Kindle Fires?
UI design (can be done with Game Management)
