Update Scouting App #1

The scouting app needs to be releventized to the new 2020 water game.

We also need to integrate a spreadsheet to view the data. This should be able to pull the data from Firebase and load it into a spreadsheet.

By the way - I can take care of syncing Firestore data with a Google Sheets spreadsheet so Game Management can see real-time stats. Google has a very useful utility for this exact purpose.
