We think the falcon will be used for the shooter
Ensure the RPMs can be set (and maintained) at a given velocity.
See how we can change that velocity if we need to adjust for different distances (i.e. matching vision distance calculations)

In the 2020 Workbench, I created a shuffleboard profile located in the root directory under the shuffleboard folder. This displays graphical data about the motor velocity in RPM and also allows you to set the motor speed using a slider. To toggle between manual motor movement and PID, you can use the X button on the gamepad.
