Create logic to make a single shot work for intake/conveyor.

It's done when:

• Button is created for a single shot
• Handle these cases -- shooter sensor sees a ball, shoots and feeds next ball to sensor (intake is full) -- shooter sensor does not see a ball, feeds next ball through sensor to shoot, and next ball after stops at shooter sensor. (two balls, one is shot, other get ready to shoot) -- Use a timeout function of 5 seconds to handle the case where there are no balls.
