[x] temporarily fork terraform-vpc
[x] generate subnets automatically
[x] create cluster.yaml for kops
[ ] generate correct tfvars from pentagon
[x] add --backend-config for terraform state
[ ] create ssh secret for kops
[ ] automatically run kops create without --yes
[x] template clusters into correct location in infra repo
[ ] update kops.sh
[ ] remove obsolete templating from init.py
[ ] add additional IAM roles to instances

I think most of this has been addressed in the kops.cluster component. Reopen if necessary
