Check above screnshot. I just mentioned as business account and typed company name according to format. Still it asking me for username and password .

On udemy business account this is working fine. But on udeler it is not working fine. what should I do? check below file. Can you check it once?

Hi Faizal,
I have already changed the password and one more thing. There is no specific password for Udemy business. Once we enter group name or company name, page will redirect to citi bank page and there I enter user id and password.
So help me with this .

I have no problem with login. Do you have a login password set up?
Most companies have set up SSO sign in instead of passwords.
PS: you might want to not mention personal information here (your phone number, that you work at a place and are using some other places udemy business account) . Santa has put you on the naughty list. Happy holidays
I am able to sign in by SSO. when I entered business account group name without ID password on Udeler it was not redirecting it to SSO. It was asking for normal id password which I don't have. I have id password of SSO page.

Hi @akhilpadgilwar I guess your account use OAuth with citigroup to login to udemy.
Are you able to login to Udemy website directly.
And I know I replied very late, but I am not able to work on the issues raised here, due to my busy schedule :( I hope to get some free time soon, to work on a new update and fix majority of issues.

If you unable to Download Courses from Udeler Business account. Do that thing
1/ Type your Business account name on box (Ex:- org.udemy.com) put on box (org). 2/ Then click on login username and password. 3/ Type the credentials and here we gooooo

I have tried with my normal account and I am able to download the videos easily. It is not working form business account. the problem is when there is the business account you just have to put your organization group name and there is no need of login and password. For normal udemy business portal, we enter our business group name then it will open organization window then we enter credentials.
can you please help me with downloading videos from the business account.
