my download always stopped at 4%, then I try this trick. at least this trick works for me. it seems the subtitle cause this issue. after push the download button you will choose the subtitle right ? then scroll down, choose the last one in drop down list/the least number. usually English[Auto] like this https://i.stack.imgur.com/hKQgE.jpg ( English[Auto] 26 lectures), choose it and start downloading.

sometime it doesn't work, I don't know, just give it a try

close udeler, go to download folder, look for any incomplete download file. delete the file, then restart udeler, and continue your download
