My Internet speed is 8MBPS, But download activity on any series stand alone is just between 45-73 KB/S? Software restriction?

Now the download has gone to ZERO.

Actually sometimes if you've other things using internet on your computer for example you're downloading something on chrome and downloading lectures at the same time, then there is a fair amount of chance that your speed will go down
