one of courses stops downloading #77

the app is only downloading part of my one course and stop/pauses/freezes...making it look like it can't download further

Does the course start downloading from the start or it resumes from old files. If it resume, then there is a good chance that the download link from which it is trying to resume has expired. You can go to the folder where the course is being downloaded and delete the last file in the last folder and try to resume again.

This is a workaround solution for now and I will add a fix for this in next release.

lol...new release does not fix this. Course I am downloading still stuck at certain point while trying to download whole course. It does not start downloading from the start when I click retry download.

I even tried deleting last file in last folder and it still stuck/froze while trying to download, not able to download further/anymore

Your issue doesn't seem to be related to what I was trying to fix. I think it is similar to #79 and has nothing to do with expired downloads. In new version I have fixed the issue with expired downloads where the user had to manually delete the expired download file.

Now for me to fix this issue, I would need some info from you on what course you are trying to download and at what lecture number the download stops.

Since I do not have access to the same courses as you do, I would have to locate the file type on Udemy if you share the course link and lecture number.

@apalm1341 @apster906 Do you still face the same problem in v1.5.4? If yes, share the course url and some details like at what lecture it freezes. Its hard for me to fix without much info and without having access to the same course.

I am trying to download https://www.udemy.com/course/aws-certified-solutions-architect-associat via Udeler and it gets stuck and 35%. I have tried deleting download files from download folder. and Tried downloading again. Would you please help to get it sorted asap so I can download all the complete videos?

Your early reposnse will be highly appreciated.

@syadnanali in settings check the checkbox for Skip Attachments save then start download then it will download to the folder I was facing the same issue with some experiment I fount this solution it's working

@skyfirews Thanks for the suggestion. Udeler 1.8.1 also works without any problem.
