Add OpenSUSE Support #184

Fix #16.

The only issue I'm seeing on an OpenSUSE Leap machine is that it has trouble finding the patch package when it is already installed. This harmlessly then asks for verification again and attempts to reinstall it, has no need to, so it chugs right along since we don't do a follow-up query afterwards.

I poked at this at the CLI but I couldn't figure out why it was failing to match.
