Added the multi version system of 1.20.2 #31

This system allows you to add many versions and backward compatibility. it also allows you not to always update the pack.mcmeta so there is not always the problem of updating.

Unfortunately this is not possible to be added at the moment due to our underlying database system which handles the automatic pushing of our textures to the repositories. Somewhat major changes will be required on the back end to make this work, and we're not ready for this yet
