Is there a wiki or manual of some kind? #7

Maybe I haven't found it yet but there seems to be no wiki or guidebook item ingame on this mod. I had to install JEI (JustEnoughItems) mod to find out how to even build a flamethrower and the flame arrows. I just recently killed the Alien Thing for the first time and dropped an ''Alien Circuitry'' item I don't know what to do with. Is it a component for something or is it just a trophy? Would like some clarification on this, please.

Also, great mod. Been using it for almost a month now on my Single Player world and it has been a constant source of anxiety and dread for a few weeks now. I made it a point not to research too much about the monsters or spoil myself of anything besides crafting recipes and what not and am learning about the mechanics of the monsters and the assimilation on my own.

There is no wiki for the same reason you mentioned, I figured it'd be more interesting for players to discover how it works by themselves. At this point it's rare for people to play modded without JEI so a recipe guide didn't feel necessary.

I wanted to give the alien circuitry a purpose in a future update but it's just a trophy currently and I don't know if I'll get around to it.

About the question. And I recently put a mod in a large build. But I can't figure it out, I just wanted to check if everything was working correctly. I saw on YouTube videos that everything starts with a plate falling, but I haven't found it yet, I've only seen a message about the fall, sometimes a couple of times. I.e. if I don't find it, nothing will happen or is it an independent process from the player?
