Small qol for modders and testers

Level ids are from LevelGenerationParams.LevelParams

Difficulties are min and max difficulties of Biome.Prefabs

I really just wanted Level ids but there's "desired difficulty" in between, so why not add that as well quickstart [sub name] [difficulty] [level gen parameters identifier]
