Description Game crashes when attempting to expand crew wheel when at or over 30 crew members, done in singleplayer campaign. (btw love the game)

Steps To Reproduce Get 30-31 crew members, attempt to expand the crew list, it then crashes. Tested twice to confirm on singleplayer.

Fixed in https://github.com/Regalis11/Barotrauma-development/commit/b78cf9d6d855141440eacb47d0a62ff83bd1b6af (if there are more than 20 characters in the crew, any additional ones won't be shown in the interface). Also capped the number of bots you can hire to 16 in https://github.com/Regalis11/Barotrauma-development/commit/f7bd90b99e7f8c9edbf3bf9847a9b7fa2e915ec1

• [x] You can easily go past the 16 bot recommendation, when you have hired 16 bots you can still select a bot to hire but you can't select more than 1. Hiring buttons should disable when going past 16.

• [x] If you fire your entire crew the hired bots are still disabled, have to re-enter the outpost to get access to hiring again.
