Unstable - Artie Dolittle can't open doors with ID #6693

Description Refer to subject: Artie Dolittle on the latest version can't open ANY doors on the submarine with his ID. I recruited him through his random event, set off on a mission, switched to him and realised he has absolutely zero access across the ship, can't even open doors that aren't explicitly restricted, like the climb to the airlock or the entrance to engineering

I'd provide six separate screenshots of trying to open six separate doors but the report really doesn't like it when I attach files and doesn't want to send.

Steps To Reproduce Simply recruit Artie and set out on a mission or take him to your docked submarine and try to open something with him. Might have different results?
