Implement Character and Stage Selection + Health System

Added Health System
Added 'hurt' animation -> will be shown when enemy unit 'attacked' character -> condition met only if enemy unit is next to the character
Default damage to player character is 10
Enemy now 'randomized', it will choose three character from the non selected player character
UI - Scuffed Health Bar P.S needed fix :(

Changed/Modified

Need to select one of the stages before starting the game
Need to select character on the character selection screen (Currently only the 1st, 3rd, and 4th character can be selected)
If no character is selected, the game will start with no character (but enemy still exists)
Character now 'spawn' randomly at the stage (left side for allied character, right side for enemy) Fixed
Bug when a character doesn't move at all when it's his turn, causing the turn manager to behave strangely
Bug that character can move into the enemy cell

Please Review/Check/Edit

Ui at Character and Stage Selection -> Button is not aligned properly with text or the image (it still worked though for testing purpose)
