Dashboard view of all projects #6

As a user of the platform, I would like to see all projects for which I am either project administrator or an edit/view member.

Currently the FaktorZ dashboard only shows projects for which there is an active subscription and the customer has created the project via account function. However, the user may have an account with no active subscriptions because he/she has been added as a team member to another project. These projects should show up in the account dashboard.

In order to achieve this we would need to associate the project membership with the chargebee account. Every platform use should have a user ID (email address) in Chargebee for the account, Keycloak for the identity and OpenShift for the user.
