Give an alert if the acceptable temperature is exceeded #19

Requirement

As a user I want to receive an alert if the temperature is above the acceptable, so that I know I need to regulate it.

[Related to: #3 #4 #13]

[x] The mobile app receives the temperature measured by the device.
[x] The app displays a warning if the temperature is higher than the set limit.
[ ] (Optional) The app sends a push notification on the phone to alert the user.
