Update the amount of people manually (Terminal) #21

Requirement

As a user, I want to be able to manually increase or decrease the amount of people allowed in the room, so that I can adjust it in case of faulty detections.

[Related to: #1 #8 #9 #14 #16 #17]

Acceptance criteria

[x] The user can also manually increase and decrease the number of people on the WIO terminal with the buttons on top.
[x] The people count on the terminal and app should be updated in accordance to the changes.
