Setup MQTT functionality so that we can initiate publishers and subscriptions between the WIO Terminal and app.

Acceptance criteria

[x] WIO Terminal and app can publish to the broker.
[x] WIO Terminal and app can subscribe to categories from the broker and receive the published data.

Works as is on the corresponding branch. However, needs to be refactored to work with the rest of the code. See: 2aa8bff8

Waiting to merge request until that is solved.
