WIO terminal forever stuck in attempting to reconnect

Bug

Whenever the WIO terminal successfully launches and then loses Wi-Fi connection; it will forever be stuck in a attempting to reconnect loop.
Issue being it tries to reconnect to the MQTT and not to the Wi-Fi.

How to recreate

• Start the WIO terminal
• It successfully connects to the Wi-Fi and MQTT broker
• Lose connection to Wi-Fi
• Stuck in infinite reconnecting loop

Possible solution(s)

• Add logic to reconnect to Wi-Fi before reconnecting to the broker if it is not already connected to a Wi-Fi.
