Requirement

As a user I want to receive an alert if the room is too loud so that I can know when I have to lower the volume.

[Related to: #11 #15 #33]

[x] The mobile app receives the loudness level measured by the device
[x] The app displays a warning if the loudness level is higher than the set limit
[ ] (Optional) Send a push notification on the phone to alert the user
