Update the amount of people manually (App)

Requirement

As a user, I want to be able to manually increase or decrease the amount of people allowed in the room, so that I can adjust it in case of faulty detections.

Acceptance criteria

• [x] The user can manually change the amount of people on the app
• [x] The app publishes the new counter so that the terminal is updated
