Merges 15-set-an-acceptable-level-of-loundess -> main

What does this MR do?

This merge adds visual alertness when the loudness exceeds the value assigned in settings.

[Related to #15] [Closes #5]

[x] The mobile app receives the loudness level measured by the device
[x] The app displays a warning if the loudness level is higher than the set limit
