Display WLED overlay play state in status window #1378

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I run WLED on a schedule 99% of the year, and unless a sequence is playing, the status view does not show overlay effects are active.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to see any and all output activity, including WLED overlay play state, in the status view.

Describe alternatives you've considered Revert to running WLED on ESP32/QuinLED.

I would love to see this as well A total wled ui would be nice some one built a plugin but it's hit or miss on working ..

Be cool of it was a baked in feature but not just for wled but for any pixel overlay

Status/Control -> Status Page.

I was thinking the effects page might be a more appropriate place to show detail about what WLED effects are running.

Should also display if there are any test modes running,
