Crash Report Notification Won't Clear? #2007

NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT ATTACH YOUR LOG FILES, THEN THERE IS A HIGHER PROBABILITY THE ISSUE WON'T BE RESOLVED. (Steps at end)

Please answer the following:

FPP Version and Hardware: FPP 8.2 running on RPI 4

Describe the bug and Steps to reproduce: A clear and concise description of what the bug is and the steps to be taken to reproduce.

  1. Go to File Manager-Crash Reports
  2. Click on Crash Report from 12/7/2023
  3. Click Delete
  4. See error (Screenshots) Screenshot 2024-10-16 at 7 16 39 AM Screenshot 2024-10-17 at 5 09 27 PM

Expected behavior: A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen and why.

Additional context: Add any other context about the problem here.

Additional Attachments Please include the log files. To create the file:

  1. Open the FPP UI
  2. Open the the File Manager (Content Setup->File Manager),
  3. Select the "Logs" tab
  4. Click "zip" button.
  5. Attach to this ticket. apache2-error.log.zip apache2-base-error.log.zip fppd.log.zip

If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Same issue as #1988 posted 2 weeks ago.

This is not the same as #1988. 1988 refers to deleting files from the backup folder. Deleting the crash reports would likely be a different issue. I'm at the office and I can't retest this until later tongiht.

Special character in the file wont let you delete it thru the GUI .. you will have to go to the OS and remove that file.

safest way is to hop on xlightszoom.com and have the folks there walk you thru it. (xlights->help->zoom)
