Can you update the plugin and try again? I think it should now be fixed.
The SMPTE signal generated from the online audio source maintains a stable 30 fps output, as confirmed through monitoring software. The SMPTE output from the plugin, however, fails to maintain a consistent 30 fps rate. There are fluctuations or "jitter" in the frame rate, which has been confirmed with Timecode Monitor and through the use of various audio cables and connections to rule out any external interference.

I am encountering an issue with the SMPTE Timecode plugin on my Raspberry Pi 5. The generated timecode is not stable; it shows fluctuations and occasional glitches. To verify this, I used Timecode Monitor software, which confirmed these irregularities. I also tested with different audio cables to rule out hardware issues, but the problem persists
