Glitched SMPTE Timecode Generation on Raspberry Pi 5, in FPP 8.2

I am encountering an issue with the SMPTE Timecode plugin on my Raspberry Pi 5.

The SMPTE signal generated from the online audio source maintains a stable 30 fps output, as confirmed through monitoring software. The SMPTE output from the plugin, however, fails to maintain a consistent 30 fps rate. There are fluctuations or "jitter" in the frame rate, which has been confirmed with Timecode Monitor and through the use of various audio cables and connections to rule out any external interference.
