(stage) Enttec open dmx not working #84

Version: v0.2.0-203-gd0bef38

No output on the Enttec open dmx dongle. For Enttec dongle, RTS line must be set to high (=reset flag in SW)

Workaround added in the ihbar forked repo : 3436914452f8484f1ddb49ae9d2ed53afbfd8baf To be studied before merging, as it is in the common serialutil.c file.

Thanks, I'll try to regression test this with my generic FTDI dongle tonight to make sure it still works and get the patch into stage if everything is OK.

After testing, I added this code into a separate function to be safe and committed in 1e89bcfda4f98cbbd6189c10aca432ba16fe6262
