Can't manually enter value for swapping or pools.

Describe the bug I can enter any number, manually, into the swapping or pool page. But it only accepts integers and not numbers with comma's, except when you use the 25/50/75/100% buttons, then it does work.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to swap
2. Enter any non integer number in the upper field e.g. 1,4 or 0,32
3. Click on swap
4. See error: the input must be a valid number.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

• Device: Samsung A52
• OS: Android
• Browser phantom
• Version idk

Mike has the same problem as me. He can also only input integers. On my phone I can only use the comma, somehow and not a point. Could that be something that's causing trouble?

I changed the implementation for the input field in way that should be compatible with all browser and device combinations, so it should be fixed now, please retest.
