To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Stake pool'
2. Click on 'Harvest'
3. Show 'Waiting for Confirmation'
4. but then See error 'Failed harvest' and cannot receive FALX

Expected behavior Can harvest FALX
