From slack: Since there are so many differences, the easiest thing to do will be to re-import the github project into eclipse. You can do this by right clicking in the explorer pane of eclipse, clicking Import..., choose Git > Import projects from Git > Clone URI and copying the URL https://github.com/FalconX-Robotics/frc2018.git. Make sure to change the name of the directory on the "Local Destination" to any empty directory.
