Repos can be secured by using a secret. The secrets will need to be stored on the server and checked against any incoming requests.

If the incoming request contains a secret and the match fails, the bot will do nothing, and the server will drop the request.
If the incoming request contains a secret and the match succeeds, the bot will print the event message as usual.
